「脱げなくなっちゃった?」 (Nugenaku Nacchatta?)
“Can’t Take It Off Anymore?”

Episode at a Glance:
In an ongoing competition with Nozomu to win Kouta’s affection, Chizuru goes through a bunch of sealed items and puts on a bunny girl suit, only to find out that she can’t take it off because it’s cursed. As it turns out, this bunny girl suit was created by a Jurougumo youkai in the past, who is now trying to use Chizuru’s body / life force in order to revive herself. Before long, the bunny girl suit takes control and starts running havoc through the school, transforming students’ clothes along the way. Tayura and Omi attempt to intervene at this point, but Omi’s wind attacks leave a group of girls naked, which turns out to be too much for them to handle. In the end, Chizuru kisses Kouta, fuses with his body to escape the cursed suit, and together they unleash a Genki Dama-like attack to take out the Jorougumo.

Next Episode:
「ダメになっちゃう?」 (Dame ni Nacchau?)
“Became No Good?”

While this episode goes straight for the fan-service again, it didn’t quite have the ecchiness of the oshiri pen pen (i.e. spanking) seen last week. Regardless, it did have a fair amount of humorous scenes if you enjoy seeing Akane cosplaying against her will or Omi drowning in his own sea of blood. Nozomu was equally as hilarious when she capitalized on a down and out Kouta by straddling over his face. On another note, the attack used by Kouta/Chizuru near the end instantly made me think of Dragon Ball Z, hence the Genki Dama (“Spirit Ball”, a.k.a. “Spirit Bomb” in the English dub) reference above. Also, they showed Nozomu’s brother, Ezomori Saku, at the end of the episode again, so he’s bound to make his appearance sooner or later. Other than that, there’s not too much else to say about this episode, so we’ll just have to wait and see what (or who) “became no good” next episode.

On a related note, the PVs for the OP/ED songs came out last week, so I’ve uploaded them for your viewing pleasure. Feel free to check out high quality streams of Miyazaki Ui’s PHOSPHOR here and Sakakibara Yui’s Koi no Honoo (恋の炎) here.

    Protip: If you’re going to go out of the way to throw in random Japanese unrelated to the show, you should probably then try to get the translation right.

    @Arc:
    That’s the second time you’ve commented on translations. If you’re referring to “genki dama”, I’m well aware that it doesn’t mean “spirit bomb”. In case you didn’t know, that’s just the English name given to it by FUNimation. I chose my words carefully when I said “a.k.a.” instead of “i.e.”.

    @The_Worlds_Best_Anime_Fan_Freak:
    Can you please stop trolling the site and complaining about when something gets blogged? For your information, I never said I was going to cover all the shows I’m watching, so I have no idea where you got that impression from. If you read my introduction post again, you’ll see that I said I’ll have to see what I have time for. Given that I was originally planning to cover only two shows and am now covering seven, I don’t quite understand what there is to be so demanding about.

    Also, I’m not sure why you think everything will be blogged within 24 hours, since I never made such a guarantee. All I said was that you can probably expect a post the same day or shortly after it airs, simply because I’ll be watching the raw. (i.e. not waiting for subs.)

    While you may have a lot of free time on your hands to constantly refresh the front page, I have a full-time job to go to, so I blog when I can. Any shows that air on a weekday make it considerably harder to cover due to time constraints, so I may leave some shows for the day(s) after. (e.g. I have three Thursday shows at the moment, so you might see some posts for those shows on Friday/Saturday instead.)

    In addition, the schedule you posted before was the air times in Japan and if you’re not aware already, I’m not living in Japan, so it’s pretty unreasonable to expect me to be awake in the middle of the night, waiting to watch a show right after it airs.

    Finally, if you’re really impatient and want to see the episode right away, you’re more than welcome to watch it yourself. At this point, it doesn’t seem like you’re here to read or share thoughts, but to just look at screenshots anyway.

    Marvelous!

    I watched it RAW, so i didn’t understand a single sentence, but from the pictures i can tell the show is getting better.
    Now the focus has moved from the hunt fot kouta to a nice story of a ghost cloth.
    So there’s some more “plot”. And less porn fanservice.
    I hope for the better now

    >Wait, what was the story about again?
    lol: it was about two animal youkai that fight for a bone…erm… for “doing reproductive rituals” with a guy who has the sex appeal of an amoeba.

    Hello there, – came across your internet site by accident when roaming round the web this afternoon, and pleased that i did! I do like the style and design and colours, but I ought to say that I’m having issues when it loads. I’m making use of Lynx 2.8 internet browser for mac, and the menu bit doesn’t lineup completely. i’m pretty sure made use of the same layout on a client’s web-site, but the menu seems alright on mine. I have an idea the problem is with my outdated browser and just maybe it’s time to swap!
