Oh goodness no, is that XEBEC listed as the animation studio for Kyou no Go no Ni? I shudder at the thought of how it might turn out. Just look at how they did To-LOVE-Ru… but I’ll still have my fingers crossed for a decent adaptation.
That aside, October’s lineup looks promising =)

Linebarrels ??? ya i really hope the anime is not in English , i mean ill still watch it if it is, but from what i read about there are going to be Japanese voicers so are they gonna speak English, anyways i don’t know, will wait for it hope its not English, too used to original stuff.

i think .. i will never watched clannad after story. since i dont get excited watching their 1st season. the anime is just like others. nothing special about it. Kanon was far better. dont flame me about this. it just my opinion. and yet, i respect your choice! jya!

I’m thinking that people are dismissing CLANNAD~After Story a little TOO easily, since their ships got sunk in a very VERY final way. They’re kind of ignoring the fact that, After Story fully encompasses HALF of the original game. It will bring closure to Nagisa’s story, but oh boy, the road to that end will be filled with tears…
That aside, Kyou no Go-ni by XEBEC? SERIOUSLY? Uh-oh.

Remember that show Dragonaut from earlier this year that was heavily panned? The show’s official website has posted a preview for the DVD episode 26 that’s due to be released in September. I feel like I should watch it if for no other reason than to make fun of it.

Wow, Kyo-Ani doing Yaoi-chan? I just happen to have that book, but I haven’t gotten around to reading it. Though I’m reading something quite similar, called “Fujoshi Kanojo”, which is basically based on a blog about a guy with a hardcore yaoi fangirl for a girlfriend.

about dragonaut, if, i really mean IF, they didn’t made the dragons with cg(because it looked just like megazords from power rangers……….) and didn’t made all the womans in the series with boobs that where huge to the point of ridiculous defying all physics rules, the series might have been in better situation

the movie don’t take the whole after story, but judge on what i see on the trailer, the path that the game will take will be the same of the movie so be prepared to cry.

I’ve been curious about Michiko & Hatchin since I saw the first trailer at the beginning of this year.
The trailer gives me a strangely nostalgic feel…. probably some Cowboy Bebop vibes in there.
I’ve never really been a fan of girls-with-guns type of shows (cough#Strike#cough#Witches#cough)…. the only exception being Motoko Kusanagi from Stand Alone Complex…. but Michiko & Hatchin just has something about it…. must be my fetish for hot, tanned chicks on retro scooters…heh.
Plus, it’s animated by Manglobe…. Champloo, Ergo Proxy…. nuff said.
Other than that, I’ve got absolutely no idea what I’m gonna watch…. probably Kyo no 5 no 2, Hyakko (loved the Yuuhi Romance manga), ToraDora, Ga-Rei (shounen guilty pleasure), Chaos Head and Noramimi.
Anybody know any other ‘seinen’ type shows?…. Omni?

P.S…. I still don’t think there’s anything out there that’s gonna beat Kaiba this year….. it was so bloody beautiful.

Yay,the Skip Beat! anime looks nice~
I also love that Inoue Marina will voice as Kyoko and Miyano Mamoru as Shou.
They seem to fit perfectly.
I look forward to it as I’ve stalled from reading the manga anyways.

Michiko to Hachin looks really awesome. Shinichiro Watanabe is producing the music, and it’s by Manglobe! i predict this will be one of the best series of the fall.

I wounder how close the CLANNAD will be to the movie; there better be some upbeat parts to it. They might throw a curve in it and make a whole new ending for it.

CLANNAD: what do u think the chances of Nagisa dieing again are because Clannad wouldnt be the same without copious amounts of tragedy and to be honest after the clannad movie which i watched after i started watching the series i doubt they be able to capture that same ammount of absolute dispair( i know what your thinking DONT SAY IT!!!) that they managed to drain from that! For me the movie was , ” WHY WHHHYYYYY *burst out inot tears*…..” wheras the series had been entirely, “thats quite sad… ahwell” at best! maybe im now completely de-sensitized to it now but i honestly want to be able to watch this and say “yeh i cried” because to make me cry from anime its the sign of an AMAZING SERIES

It’ll be really interesting how KyoAni will handle making Clannad After Story into an anime… The pace for the game worked for the game – slow but peaceful and happy life until… But I don’t think that pace will work for an anime series. Will see will see :)
