Dungeon Meshi – Episode 18 Review
(Sheipu Shifutaa)
“Shapeshifter”
Now the true ship can finally set sail.
(Sheipu Shifutaa)
“Shapeshifter”

(Hāpī/Kimera)
“Harpy/Chimera”
One of the fundamental truths about Dungeon Meshi for me is that Laios is a freak.
(Soujiya/Mirin Boshi)
“Cleaners/Dried with Sweet Sake”
Worlds are colliding on Dungeon Meshi.
(Bachigaina Himegimi/ Bonkura Jinan)
“Princess Out of Place/Bonkura Second Son”
Karasu wa Aruji o Erabanai is everything I hoped it would be – and I was doing some pretty lofty hoping.
(Doraiado/Kokatorisu)
“Dryad/Cockatrice”
This is Dungeon Meshi at its most elemental, and in my opinion at its very best.
(Shīsaapento)
“Sea Serpent”
It would be easy to dismiss this group as butt-monkeys given that they’ve died every time we’ve seen them.
(Kamijū)
“Godbeast”
The lessons of this denouement are pretty clear. The pursuit of power for its own sake doesn’t lead to anything remotely good.
(Red Dragon III/Good Medicine)
“Reddo Doragon San/Ryouyaku”
These dorks are damn lucky to have a friend like Chilchuck.
(Jinka to Dōren to Takekichi to Barī)
“Jinka & Douren, Takekichi & Barry”
Seriously, this guy has more tails than the U.S. Mint.
「炎竜2」 (Reddo Doragon Ni)
“Red Dragon 2”
Hopefully no one in the Laios party has seen Fullmetal Alchemist.
