“To Be A Hero”
Oh disappointment, my old friend. You want to see shenanigans involving greedy knights getting bought off to avoid spying? Not today, because today is all about other shenanigans. Horrific shenanigans. Demonic shenanigans. Did I mention I still liked said shenanigans? Because oh yes, chuckles were had – and then some.
Although I’m slightly irked the big reveal of Six’s and Alice’s actual purpose was effectively shunted to the side, it’s nice seeing this plot point won’t actually be going away. Snow after all isn’t about to let go of what she overheard, and Alice has revealed a suitable jumping off point with the construction of a transporter set for operation two months down the line. Mind you, I wouldn’t expect that transporter to work correctly (something something only one successful test case thus far), but it’s good knowing more will come out about the world Android and Zipperman find themselves messing around in. You don’t go repeatedly dropping mentions of weird ecology and the presence of stuff like tanks without eventually making using of it later on.
Before answers, however, comes battle and damn does this running fight just keep getting better. Heine is pretty much the fall girl at this point, the unfortunate elite who’s destined to run headfirst into the dual arms of modern technology and raging perversion. I’d almost feel bad for the girl, if the results weren’t so hilarious at times. Especially so if that magicule just happens to find itself back in Alice’s possession because devilish butterfingers. Then there’s the issue with the hero who’s been temporarily taken out courtesy of teleportation magic, which pretty much means that once Six saves the day again (don’t deny, you know Heine is scheduled for another biweekly photoshoot) he’ll probably find himself one step closer to actually being the hero in practice.
Of course, what type of hero Six would be in practice is anyone’s guess, but I think we won’t have to wait long to find out.

LOL, a self-unzipping/zipping zipper… (Try saying that quick.) Also, No. 6 earning “Evil Points” by doing something close to (but not quite) exhibitionism, only to run into a woman who actually wants to be ravished (
LalatinaDarkness and“Horny Senchou“Houshou Marine immediately come to mind). Yep, it’s definitely a (rather ecchi) fantasy setting alright…It’s not “Zipperman,” it’s “Sticky Fing–“…oh, right. Nevertheless, No. 6 won’t live down that “Zipperman” nickname any time soon.
Princess Tillis: “–In the name of the Water Goddess…”
Me: Hope that water goddess you’re referring to isn’t the blue-haired, booze-drinking, useless one…

Any chance the landmine with Heine’s Magicite on it also released the energies on the aforementioned magic stone? (Explosively?)
Finally, I dunno if the next-episode preview is a throwaway gag or an actual plot point, but it’s implied that the new agents the Kisaragi Company got may be the “Chosen Hero” and one of the Demon Lord’s “Heavenly Kings” who used the “Teleport” spell on the aforementioned Hero–teleporting them both to No. 6’s homeworld.
Is it just me, or did the end credits scene imply that the Hero and the Demon Lord got teleported to the Human World, and got turned into Combat Agents by Kisaragi???
That’s what I saw. This could get fun.
Oh yeah it’s heavily hinted towards, I hope it does wind up being the case.

it is not easy being evil, especially when you are not cut for it… some small-time evil-points making pranks? it is fun and games until girl you show your zipper to doesnt react as planned… and betraying your friends and leaving them to inevitable deaths? thats too hard to pull off… on the oither hand, booby-trapping gem after which one of elite demons is – thats definitely fair game, after all its war
Man, I was hoping for an Aqua cameo. 🙁
Considering Snow is only one step removed from useless I think we’re getting there!
