「サディスティック嵐子嬢」 (Sadisutikku Arashiko-jou)
“Sadistic Miss Arashiko”
After the most recent episode of Oreimo, I couldn’t help but picture Ayase when Arashiko starting taking the sadistic approach to try and win Tarou over. It sure doesn’t help when Mio is sounding more and more like Kirino either, and the only major difference at times being that the main protagonist here actually admits he’s a masochist. Before either series started airing, I was well aware that Taketatsu Ayana and Hayami Saori were starring in them; however, only now did it really occur to me that I’m almost watching the exact same acting in both. This episode messed with my head as a result, since I could easily picture Mio as the future Kirino once that sadistic floodgate of hers opens, whereas Arashiko could have easily been Ayase if the latter was more understanding of Kyousuke’s efforts. That sort of parallelism did make things a lot more fun to watch though, especially when things got ridiculously out of hand to determine who’s the more sadistic girl.
To Saori’s credit, she does make Arashiko’s reluctance towards verbally abusing Tarou plainly obvious, while Ayana can get away with just running her mouth without a care in the world in both shows. Because of that, it was easy to tell that she was doing this to try and get Tarou to like her and not getting the least bit of enjoyment out of it. After a couple of failed attempts, she did have her moment when she managed to overcome that mental restraint and openly challenge Mio to see who is the most sadistic of them all, which was hilariously met with the latter being completely clueless about how she’s a sadist to begin with. How anyone’s supposed to compete with Mio in something that’s second nature to her and practically wedged into her soul is beyond me, but I have to give credit to Arashiko for putting up a good fight against a loli nun demanding that Tarou confess about his disgusting ways. I thought the kinky police woman role-play would’ve been enough to get Tarou off, except it turns out that something a lot more sacrilegious is what truly floats his boat. Whatever the case, it’s probably safe to say that Tarou has it pretty damn bad when he can pass out from excitement from two girls double teaming him. I can only imagine how that would’ve played out if Michuru let them hit him. There’s a good chance that would’ve been really messy in more ways than one.
Overall, this was one of the funnier episodes to date, as it was brought upon by Arashiko stepping well out of her comfort zone. It also helped move the small resemblance of a plot along when Tarou told Arashiko that he likes her just the way she is. That flustered reaction of hers was unbelievably cute, and far outshines feeding Tarou bricks or putting Yumi’s sadistic training into practice. The thing I enjoy watching the most in this series are Arashiko’s interactions with Tarou and her inability to get closer to him because of her androphobia, so everything leading up to her eventual punch to his face is always a treat. Judging from the preview, it looks there will be more of that in the upcoming episode as well, which will hopefully get around to Arashiko realizing that she’s the one who caused Tarou’s masochism. It would be a nice step in the right direction for the both of them, seeing as Tarou liked her to start. Both have issues preventing them from being in a relationship and Mio’s not helping one bit, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens if she gets singled out. So close yet so far.

now, who can be more terrifying truely.. I think that punch of Arashiko is more terrifying than anything Mio will EVER be able to come up with.
for some reason I didn’t enjoy this episode as much as the previous ones… guess I don’t really care for overly S girls?
can’t wait for next episode 🙂
and lol at the parallel between this and Oreimo…
I thought of Prinny when I saw this https://randomc.net/image/MM/MM%20-%2010%20-%20Large%2029.jpg
I find it odd how words trigger Tarou inner M.
Mio can use her boxing skills on me all night long. <3 :D~
I just saw Akio(Clanned) in this episode.
He’s playing catch…with kid Tarou.
mmm.. since this is an anime, we all know that the producers are going to choose Mio since she’s a sadist tsundere. Since really, that and the ‘sister’ option are the only things ever chosen for an anime ending.
ps: fight on Yuno!!
It’s better for him to get neither of them.
its the sad truth
I like how while mio is a tsundere, she doesnt go dere as easily as the other tsunderes and she is really sadistic unlike the other tsunderes who are just that because they’re embarrassed by him or something like that.
oh and she is also clueless that yuno is jealous, I thought only the harem main protagonists are dense.
Mio is not aware that she’s a S girl.
This episode was another enjoyable one. 😀 I’m pro-Mio so I didn’t really think Yuno had a chance against her in a contest. Tarou was all hyped from Mio’s harsh words so it didn’t matter what else was thrown at ‘im. haha
Yuno was cute at the end. But to see Mio blush.. –shakes head– Hotdamn would that be lovely. She’s on par with Misaka’s fan service. <3 Despite my views, I had to laugh at the end. I had the same expression as Tarou. Waiting to see what Yuno was going to do. For some odd reason, I wasn't expecting that to happen. Or I just wasn't thinking. Either way, I got a good kick out of it.
Those were some unique ways of showing how to be S.
Animal Dog![Huh?]
Human Dog![What?]
Chili Dog! [Haha wait what???]
Extreme Sadist Texting – The new sexting? lol.

uuuh I’m feeling religious right now 😀
I’ve slightly lost interest in MM! As much as I love seeing Yuuno. I guess I miss Noa and the Super Masochist she brings with her appearances lol. Thanks for continuing to blog this Divine, as overworked as you are already (Don’t blow a circuit!).
New episode’s out.
just watched the new episode.. feeling bored and bitter about the series now. ‘hey, lets say fuck all this character progression and growth we’ve wasted 10 episodes on and just go with the joketastic ending of Tarou x Mio like EVERY OTHER ANIME OUT THERE.’
