Ajin – 26 (END)
(Boku mo Yakusoku Shimasu yo, Satou-san)
“I Make Promises Too, Satou-san”
If this is indeed how Ajin concludes, I’m quite happy with the way it did so.
Ajin – 24, 25
(Kore ja Honto ni Sensou ja Nai Suka/Boku mo Yakusoku Shimasu yo, Satou-san)
“Is This Really War?/It’s a Promise From Me, Satou-san”
That was one of the best hours of anime we’ve gotten this year.
Ajin – 23
(Boku wa Yarimasen Yo)
“I Won’t Do it”
There you go Japan, making America the bad guys again…
Ajin – 22
(Jama Shiteru no wa Anta no Hou Daro)
“You’re in the Way, Aren’t You?”
With episodes like that one, you sure as hell don’t need me.
Ajin – 21
(Kono Kuni Chotto Taihen na Koto ni Naru kara)
“Things are Going to Get a Little Difficult in This Country”
Oh Satou, you’re such a very bad man…
Ajin – 20
(Kuro-chan, Mou Ichido dake)
“Kuro-chan, just once more please”
Shows which eloquently speak for themselves don’t lend themselves to a lot of interpretation, especially when they’re as straightforward and direct as Ajin is.
Ajin – 19
(Kaiinu wa Taihen Da na)
“It’s Tough Being a Dog”
Ajin is very much the sort of series where it’s not so easy to tell the good guys from the bad guys.
Ajin – 18
(Kuro-chan, Onegai)
“Please, Kuro-chan”
Ajin is kind of a difficult series to figure out in terms of plot progression.
Ajin – 17
(Hedo ga Demasu ne)
“It’s Sickening, Right?”
Blah blah, blah, great episode of Ajin. Terrific pacing, yada yada. But warning: incoming bitching.
