We get an introduction in this episode to several of the characters. Ayumu lives with his Veternarian father in what appears to be a small quiet town. I’m not going to try to summarize the episode as there was a lot said that I didn’t catch, but by the end of the episode, Ayumu meets a small boy named Wakkun and sees some mysterious lights and flying objects.
I’m not quite sure what to make of this show yet. This was an introduction episode and there were quite a few characters shown. The animation quality was average, it didn’t feel very fluid and some of the 3D just felt out of place. That could just be the quality of the raw I watched, but somehow I doubt this. The show seems very slice of life with some sci-fi elements. I enjoyed the OP and the ED done by CooRie and Masumi Itou (of Oranges & Lemons fame [AzuDaioh]), respectively. I’ll give it a few more episodes and see how it develops. For now enjoy the screens. ^_^
Theres a interesting ringtone (zettai shonen ep.1) on the girls cellphone, before she answers the phone. Its a really familiar but cant recall where its from, if you happen to know: artist – songs name please tell.
