RAINBOW: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin – 06
「Truth」
If there’s one thing everyone should take away from this series, it’s the portrayal of self-sacrifice and what it means to be a real friend.

「Someday…」
I know I’ve said this series isn’t for the faint of heart, but even I couldn’t help but wince and clutch my right hand when I saw Mario’s get crushed by some inmates in cahoots with Ishihara.
「Dissolve」
Given how people tend to say anime is always a rehash of the same stuff over and over again, I’m almost tempted to stop blogging all my other shows and only cover RAINBOW so that it gets the attention it deserves.
「Distrust」
This show doesn’t cease to amaze me week after week, as I was moved by An-chan’s loyalty towards his cellmates more so than Key’s attempts in Angel Beats thus far.
「Fugitive」
A powerful drama that nothing else can even compare to this season. If the sound of that interests you, then make sure you check out this second episode of RAINBOW.
「After the rain」
MADHOUSE is badass and doesn’t mess around here, so if you’re looking for a dark series that is far beyond the usual stuff, consider this adaptation of Abe George (Jouji) and Kakizaki Masumi’s award-winning manga. Just don’t let the title fool you. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows here.
