Rinne no Lagrange 2 – 00
(Kamogawa Memoria)
“Kamogawa Memoria”
The second half of Rinne no Lagrange is finally here, and the first episode is–a recap, doh! Looks like we’ve got another week to wait before this starts back up in earnest.

(Teito Moyu (Zenpen))
“The Imperial Capital Burns, Part 1”
As first episodes go, this was undeniably one of the more… for lack of a better word, ‘varied.’
(Yousei-san no, Himitsu no Koujou)
“The Fairies’ Secret Factory”
It was smelling a little stale after the first batch of formulaic season premières, but Jinrui wa Suitai shimashita blew through the room like a breath of fresh – albeit very strange – air.
(Yakusoku)
“Promise”
The first players’ match of the Side-A semifinals is finally over! After a lot of hand-wringing and some stunts that would put the most hot-blooded of shounen protagonists to shame, the other players finally put a stop to the champion’s rampage. Bravo, girls. And there are four more to go! Uhm, eventually.
Three OVAs have been anounced for Saki Achiga, but I have no idea when they’re going to be released, so quasi-final impressions are included here.
「La notte del compleanno」
“The Night of the Birthday”
The wheels of destiny and fate are about to clash gears and set a new course…towards the unknown.
(Sayonara no Fishingu)
“Goodbye Fishing”
Endings. It’s maddeningly difficult to craft a pleasing one, but with Tsuritama I think this might’ve been the perfect note to end it on.
(Kowareta Megane to Ashi no Ura)
“Broken Glasses and the Sole of the Foot”
This week our focus shifts to Fukuda, the oldest candidate participating in the exam.
(Soshite, Kaizoku wa Iku)
“There Go the Pirates”
This is a series that brings a light-hearted and romantic take to the piracy and space opera genres, and one which never ceases to bring a smile to my face.
(Shinjitemashita)
“I Believed in Him”
It’s a fake within a fake – I see Kuroko’s been watching some Inception…
