Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo – 06
(Oto Seyo!)
“Respond!”
The Witch-of-the-Week storyline is now underway. Three down, four to go.

(Jōzuna Dēto no Sasoi-kata)
“How to Ask Her Out”
It’s probably a good thing that nothing happens in any given episode of Plastic Memories, because when things happen, people die.
(Nyuu Suteeji!)
“New Stage!”
The training match ends with a bang, and segues into the real heart of the episode: blatant exposition and introductions. So that’s fun.
(Mitsuba no Chimu)
“Mitsuba’s Team”
The vampire action was nice this week, but I think the highlight of the episode was undoubtably Shinoa.
(Mai Deia Heeroo)
“My Dear Hero”
This week’s episode left me feeling a little confused. Confused in the sense that I never thought I’d build a somewhat negative opinion about Karen — the most energetic and carefree character in the show.
(Shizukanaru Donburi, Yuubenna Donburi)
“A Quiet Don, An Eloquent Don”
The results of this shokugeki were inevitable.
(Risou no Kotae)
“Idealism’s End (The Answer)”
Often do villains try to convince the heroes that they are not so different, but this time there’s a bit of a twist to it.
(Kiseki wa Okinai)
“A Miracle Will Not Happen”
I don’t think I’ve been this excited for a Kuroko no Basuke episode in a while. Sure, the Kaijo game might have gotten the engines whirling a little but this final battle against Rakuzan is on a completely different level.
(Kido)
“Activation”
When an episode’s best quote is “this weapon can penetrate anything,” you know you’re going to enjoy it.
