「プロローグ」 (Puroroogu)
“Prologue”
For everyone who was concerned that this take on the Unlimited Blade Works route would leave newer viewers in the dust, we were given an amazing double length prologue episode to get everyone up to speed.

「ラブ&エロス フォー オール / ナイトメア ビフォア カルナバル」 (Rabu & Erosu Foo Ooru / Naitomea Bifoa Karunabaru)
“Love & Ero For All / Nightmare Before Carnival”
After previewing the show for the Season Preview and having a good idea what this first episode would cover, I can’t believe how much of a positive effect the transition to an anime had on this show.

「謎のモビルスーツ」 & 「G-セルフ・起動!」 (Nazo no Mobiru Suutsu & G-Serufu Kidou!)
“The Mysterious Mobile Suit” & “G-Self, Start!”
It seems silly to only introduce one episode since two premiered, so have a double dose!

Now that the fall preview is out, it’s time to give you a first look at some of the shows we’ll be blogging. This is Random Curiosity’s Fall 2014 blogging schedule.
As always, this is a tentative overview of our plans for the new season. We’ll also be doing introductory posts on many of the shows we’re not covering, so if something catches our eyes, things will be shifted around to accommodate. The schedule will be updated to reflect any changes.

Say good-bye to the hot summer temperatures with a refreshing fall breeze and a slew of new anime for your viewing pleasure. There are some big hitters making their triumphant return, like Fate/Stay Night diving into its Unlimited Blade Works route and Log Horizon starting its second season. Some crazy slice-of-lifes making their fall debut include the mermaid-related Ore no Furo Jijou and the Akiba based bookstore Denki-Gai no Honya-san. There’s also a bunch of your typical fare to fill in the cracks, like Kyoto Animation’s slackstick drama Amagi Brilliant Park, a Sunrise original called Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo, A-1 pictures’ part-medieval part-shounen Nanatsu no Taizai, a high school based fantasy known as Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de from Studio Trigger, and Studio Ghibli’s first foray into television with Sanzoku no Musume Ronja. One’s taste in anime can be really subjective, but I think this season’s offerings provide enough for anyone to find something they’ll like. So what are you waiting for? Start scrolling!
* This preview will be kept at the top for the next while, so be sure to scroll past it, check the slider on top, or the Recent Entries on your right for new posts.

「剣と学院と火猫少女」 (Ken to Gakuin to Hineko Shoujo)
“The Sword, the School, and the Fire Cat-Girl”
Is it action? Is it ecchi? Is it harem? A little of all three. It has the potential to be one of the better action-fantasy harem series, and the first episode has neither confirmed nor destroyed said potential.
