(Toubou)
“Getaway”
Am I making this story more convoluted than it needs to be?

「#5」
This was as faultless as they come – subtle, emotional, and thoroughly entertaining. The only thing that dampens the mood is knowing that death and despair awaits us beyond the horizon.
I」 (Satsutaba no Chirabaru Tankou, Kamuchakka Hantou Yakan Kishuu Dengekisen I)
“The Coal Mine Littered With Stacks of Money, The Kamchatka Peninsula Nighttime Blitz I”
I’m not quite sure what happened between this and last week’s episode, but things got unexpectedly serious without giving me an opportunity to prepare for it.
(Binramune to Bebiisutaaraamen to…/ Yattaa men to Suppai Budou ni Goyoushin! To…)
“Bottled Ramune and Baby Star Ramen and… / Yattamen and Beware the Sour Grape and…”
It’s drugs, sex(iness), gambling, and YouTube in this week’s Dagashi Kashi.
(Riidaa no Jikan)
“Leader Time”
God, I love it whenever A Class tries to screw around with E class. Not only does it always fail to go their way, but there’s just something about seeing all of their smug faces turn sour that makes me feel extremely good inside.
(Tokui Nōryoku ga Tsukae nai! )
“I Can’t Use My Special Ability!”
All anime combat can be distilled into laser battles.
(Kono Kyouteki ni Bakuretsu Mahou Wo!)
“Explosion Magic For This Formidable Enemy!”
Takaii here, filling in for Stilts as we dive into the greatest un-adventure I’ve ever seen.

Short-form anime just keep getting better. |
People often say it’s the quiet ones you have to watch out for. That’s certainly the case with Tabi Machi Late Show, which came from nowhere and proved to be an ambitious little show that deserves more attention than it has received.
(Kuuderia no Ketsui)
“Kudelia’s Decision”
On balance that was definitely an improvement for Tekketsu no Orphans.
(Koyomi Wōtā)
“Koyomi Water”
Look, when your girlfriend asks you if saw her reflection in the water and if that means she’s your soulmate, tell her a lie if you have to.
