Kokoro Connect – 11
(Kizuki o Ataerarete Hajimatta toiu Hanashi)
“A Story That Began As We Realized It”
Just when I thought that all was said and done, our characters come back with a new phenomena that reveals more about their past.
DOG DAYS’ – 11
(Chenji Mai Hato)
“Change My Heart”
There’s nothing in this laid-back episode that’s particularly moving my heart.
Campione! – 11
(Tachi no Hime Miko)
“Princess Maiden of the Long Sword”
Not the best of starts to the final arc of Campione!.
Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon II – 11
(Hanahata no Goukakusha)
“Successful Candidate in the Flower Garden”
It’s a rare show that can keep the tension high for a long time while still delivering meaningful conclusions every step of the way, but thanks to having 4+ shows worth of plot all woven into one, Kyoukaisen can, and is, doing exactly that. And it’s superb.
Chouyaku Hyakunin Isshu: Uta Koi – 12
(Michinasa to Masako Sakyou Taifu Michinasa/Ukise no Tsuki Sanjou In)
“Michinasa and Msako Minister of Left Kyoto Michimasa/Midnight Moon Former Emperor Sanjou”
No show is complete without a healthy dose of HanaKana!
Kuroko no Basuke – 24
(Kanchigaishiten Janei yo)
“Don’t Get the Wong Idea”
Well, if last episode was “heart-pounding”, what would this one be? I thoroughly enjoy it when shows vault over the standards they’ve set, and it’s episodes like these that really make the time I invest in it worth something.
