BTOOOM! – 05
(Kyoushuu)
“Attack”
Finding out that your own mother wanted you gone may not be the best revelation to face during a game of survival, but Ryouta still manages to keep himself motivated to fight for his own life.

(Subete no Koto ni wa, Wake ga Aru)
“Everything Happens For A Reason”
The title says it all, as this episode hammers in the question of whether a string of coincidences are just that… or something more. To top things off, we also get our first major twist, and it’s quite a big one at that.
(Sokubaku no … Juujika (Hado. Sutadei))
“The Shackles…of Studying Hard”
Romance engage!
(Kyasupa to Yona)
“Kasper and Jonah”
This episode had more flashbacks than expected, but serves as a solid set-up for the next arc. And after going through perhaps the worst East Coast storm ever, I’m lucky to even have electricity to watch anything at all!
(Shoku wo Kae ru Sekai)
“A World Changing Color”
Stories are at their best when they touch upon the cornerstones of human life, on emotions and trials and tribulations its audience has faced and perhaps not yet overcome. That’s what we saw here, both in the effect of Shiina’s manga on herself and Sorata, and in the story’s message to us all.
(Taichou, Ganbarimasu!)
“I’ll do my best as commander!”
For the fourth week in a row Girls und Panzer delivers, retaining its spot as one of the best offerings of the season.
(Sougen no Min)
“The People of the Plains”
“My people were blessed by the Magi and can deflect arrows! What can your people do?”
(Yoshida Kunchi no Jijou)
“Yoshida Family Matters”
Today’s episode wasn’t all sweet as Yuuzan would like, but rather shook the foundations of Mitty and Haru’s relationship. Also, enter Hanazawa Kana.
(Shiawase no Hidamari o Tsukuru no desu)
“I’ll Make a Happy Sunny Spot”
When I said Maeda Jun series always have at least one moemoe character “or two” – I didn’t think I’d be proven right quite so quickly.
