「愚者のエンドロール」 (Gusya no Endo Rooru)
“End Credits of The Fool”
While I may have been partially right about Fuyumi using Houtaro for her own personal gain, I didn’t expect the ending that this week’s episode had in store for us.

Taking the time slot of Tsuritama is a series which takes noitaminA back to the genre that brought it acclaim in the first place: a josei romance. Of course, Natsuyuki Rendezvous isn’t your average romance in the vein of Honey and Clover or Nodame Cantabile by any means – not when there’s a ghost involved.
「廃部」
“Hive”
There weren’t too many surprises in the first episode of Koichoco, but there were at least enough twists to make the road seem like it might be an interesting one.
「神は神でも貧乏神じゃなくて貧乳神の間違いじゃないの?」 (Kami Ha Kami Demo Binbougami Janakute Hinnyuu Kami No Machigai Janaino?)
“You May Be a God, But Aren’t You More Like the God of Flatness Than the God of Misfortune?”
This show features a shamelessly manipulative but kind-hearted bitch (voiced by Hanazawa Kana) facing off against a super droll, extremely violent, and frequently cosplaying God of Misfortune (voiced by Uchiyama Yumi, of A-Channel fame). It is also hilarious! I mean, just look at that episode title. I SENSE MUCH POTENTIAL IN THIS ONE!!
「謎の彼女と彼氏」 (Nazo no Kanojo to Kareshi)
“Mysterious Girlfriend and Boyfriend”
A lot happened to me this week, but I think I can finally say goodbye to this precious series.
「甘い宝石⇔チョコバーリトゥード」 (Amai Houseki to Choko Baari Toudo)
“Sweet Gem ⇔ Chocolate Vale Tudo “
After an entire season of watching Acchi Kocchi’s antics, I’m actually quite sad that it’s come to an end.
「波間のキセキ」 (Namima no Kiseki)
“Miracle of the Waves”
Yea, um, Makoto-san? I’m pretty sure that’s not how boobs work.

Must type faster, must finish post. Ahhhh my carpal tunnel! |
And we’re back with Part 2 of Stilts nii-chan’s ridiculously detailed Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon Retrospective. Last time we went over the story’s premise, the world, the characters, and the various factions that are all vying for power on Horizon’s Earth. Then, just to get the party started properly, I went ahead and gave you summaries and impressions for the first six episodes.
This time we’re going to go through episodes 07-13, complete with summaries, impressions, and detailed explanations of anything that I think might trip you up. Finally, we’re going to finish this thing off with my in-depth final impressions of season one. There’s some hard stuff in these episodes, so tune in if you’re not quite sure you got everything last time. As for those of you who still haven’t decided to watch this wonderful series, read my final series impressions! You might catch some spoilers, but if my passionate words don’t make you want to immediately marathon the entire series, then I just don’t know what will. Possibly you’re dead inside. You should probably get that checked out. Let’s begin!
「高子と業平 在原業平朝臣/行平と弘子 中納言行平」 (Takaiko to Narihira Arihara no Narihira Choushin/Yukihira to Hiroko Chuunagon Yukihira)
“Takaiko and Narihira – Court Retainer Arihara no Narihira/Yukihira and Hiroko – Middle-Rank Councillor Yukihira”
Chouyaku Hyakunin Isshu: Uta Koi not only takes the audience back to the days of old, but also takes them back to the days of high-school English class when using SparkNotes and Wikipedia was the solution to everything.
「帰ってきた主人公」 (Kaette kita Shujinkou)
“The Protagonist Returns”
It wouldn’t feel right for the new season of Yuruyuri to commence without returning full circle and putting Akari back into the spotlight.
