Last episode had me a bit annoyed about Misaki and how she kept barking orders around, but this Little Sister Day at the maid cafe one made me falling in love with her all over again.

Go Yamada with the front-clasp bra! Ease of access is what it’s all about, plus that sultry unbuttoned dress shirt look just wouldn’t be as appealing with a bra dangling around. I can do without the snake tongue action, but it looks like the two come together as a packaged deal.
It’s mid-April and without any additional notice, the old site at http://randomc.animeblogger.net finally went down today. Despite having the new Random Curiosity running here, it’s still a bit sad to see the old URL not load anymore with the Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière banner you see above. It also felt pretty weird deleting it from my bookmarks toolbar just now, as it was almost like I was laying the old site to rest. Gone, without a trace, except maybe in Google searches that won’t load anymore, but never forgotten. :'(

As much as I love AIC’s work here, I can’t help but feel they tried to cover a bit too much in one episode. Even with the formal introduction of Nozomi, there was just so much skipping around scene-wise that the humor never got to build up.

Oh my. Mio with her hair up in a ponytail is like a whole other dimension to her appeal that I never considered before. The whole glasses bit in the opening isn’t too shabby either, but that long ponytail is something else!

Given the controversy over Japanese textbooks and how they distort history, I’m curious as to how this original series will approach matters involving Manchuria, the Mukden Incident, and the Nanking Massacre, but it hasn’t touched upon any of them yet.

When the number of lines in hair exceeds the twenty mark without any additional shading and the male characters have narrow faces with pointy chins like they do here, it’s clear indication to me that I’ve bordered into shoujo territory.
