    Toradora OP in Kinetic Typography

Here’s a cool video Patrik just showed me: Pre-Parade as done in Kinetic Typography. Some of you may remember that this guy did a video in the same style about two months ago for Suzumiya Haruhi’s introduction monologue, and this is even more impressive than that. Kinetic Typography, and YouTube videos depicting stuff done this way, have been around for a while, but it’s still great to see it being applied to an anime context and done in such a cool way.

    Introduction: I Have To Say…

It’s certainly strange to be here now. I can remember discovering Random Curiosity sometime last spring where I found myself getting back into anime. For the past couple years I wasn’t what you’d call a serious fan of anime. I probably can identify with a lot of fans now who discovered Dragonball Z and Gundam Wing on Toonami way back when they first premiered on Cartoon Network.

Every day after school you could find me and my brother glued to the TV watching with eyes wide with amazement. Eventually for me anime became something like an on again / off again relationship. It wasn’t until one day during the winter of 2007 that I picked up a copy of the Bleach manga. Then I started picking up Fullmetal Alchemist and Death Note and that’s when I decided I wanted to see some of these series on the screen and just like that I was sold.

My discovery of Random Curiosity stems from a little series some of you might be familiar with. It was a little show called Code Geass R2. To say the least I was blown away by the first season’s cliffhanger and I simply had to know what happens next? To my dismay I couldn’t find any real information about the series until I stumbled my way here and you could say the rest was history.

I’m here now to provide you with a brand new Daily Dose that will continue to bring you the latest news that you love from within the world of anime and manga (with my colorful commentary, of course.) I’ll also try to blog a show or two if I have the time when the new season of series’s start up this spring.

It may be strange to be here now, but I’m looking forward to having a great time here.

FreezeFrame: A Miraculous Feet to Witness

There comes a time in every man’s life when he just gets tired with the laziness of the consensus and convention that tell him what’s right, what’s wrong, and just say, “to hell with it all, I’ll do what I like.” To denounce the apathy and cowardice of common sense and societal norms and just say,

“fuckit, I have a foot fetish.”

Yea, I said it. So shoot me. Kick me, stomp me, trample me all you want, I can take it. For too long I’ve kept it hidden, and I just don’t care anymore. What’s the big deal, anyways? It’s weird? Just take a good look at Haruna’s divine feet on the left there and tell me that’s not the hottest thing you’ve seen since Nagi’s ankles.

Look at the dainty curvature of each individual toe, how they subtly form a soft wave of digits that are sure to tingle and twitch in ticklish euphoria at the slightest touch. Look how the blushed ball of her foot leads into the slender arch and imagine how smooth it would feel to slowly run your finger down it. Look how it then coalesces into the slim heel that just begs to be massaged after a soapy hot bath.

And then, realize that every fortunate angle that gives you a glimpse of the precious sole of the female foot also entails an ample view of the underside of her sensual thighs, which then converge at the epicenter of it all with breathless anticipation – they’re white!

Our answer thus brings a climactic conclusion to our journey, a breathtaking ecstasy of the highest degree. Yes, I love Haruna. Yes, everything about her is perfect. Yes, I love her feet.

And yes, my name is jaalin, and I’m a podophile.

    Won’t you join me?
